This blog is inspired by my son affectionately known as ramen boy. He has a sophisticated palate having lived most of his life outside of the U.S. but remains loyal to his absolute favorite — ramen. Together we have traversed far and close for a delicious bowl of ramen. Tonkotsu, shoyu, shio, tan tan, miso we want to share our noodlelicious adventures with you.
